The University Lutheran Student center occupies the ground floor of a large residential development. It is shared by two Lutheran student ministry organizations, each with distinct needs for both spaces both sacred and mundane. Walls of ribbed oak bring rhythm, depth, and continuity to the interiors. Partial-Height cabinets capped with glazing separate rooms, while still allowing light into the depth of the space. Lamps recovered from the original O’Neil Ford structure feature prominently in the rooms.
